As Chief Operations Transformation Officer, I direct the Operations Consulting Group, supporting the external customer and driving revenue through engagements. I manage direct reports of 12 including the SVP & VP of Operations, Director of Operations Solutions, and Consulting Managers. Notably, I turned around an operation in distress, correcting a severe inventory variance of 60% accuracy.  I also authored a plan to avoid a $300K physical audit and increased productivity 2X with zero service failures. In more specifics, I launched a brand-new ultra-fast fulfillment business for a 3rd party executing a speed to market strategy. I also turned around an underperforming third party logistics company to drive profitability and prepare for a liquidity event. Finally, I managed operations leaders for external customers, teaching technology implementations, building labor models, and implementing performance management tools, effectively monitoring progress.

Chief Operations Transformation Officer

Here, I led the Operations Consulting Division, working with industry leading companies across verticals. I designed solutions, enhancing the customers’ bottom line in Food and Beverage, Consumer Goods, and Fashion to solve complex fulfillment challenges and generate revenue for Advatix. I also managed 10 direct reports in the Consulting Group Team. In addition, I led strategic initiatives within the Advatix and XPDEL companies to improve organizational efficiencies and cash flow. Last but not least, I incorporated efficiency into the invoice process, reducing the invoicing period from 3 months to 15 days.

Sr. Vice President, Operations Solutions and Strategic Initiatives

As SVP and VP of Operations I launched a brand-new 3PL for XPDEL. I captured the first customers in 12 markets and built teams, processes, plans and the onboarding process. I led enterprise-wide operations across 12 US markets and managed a team of 120 plus. I also managed client relations. In more detail, I analyzed metrics, collaborated on tech design, solved problems, and expanded rapidly while implementing modern technologies and processes.  I also played a leading role in sales, pricing, and go-to-market strategies. I expertly designed and directed the development of a proprietary Warehouse Management System, collaborating with Engineering for buildouts. Notably, I built creative solutions for refrigeration, launching 6 new sites in 12 weeks. Finally, I developed sales strategies, contract development, negotiations, and new client onboarding.
