As a four-time head of sales, my biggest frustration was the rampant lack of execution and messaging consistency. Whether managing 20 reps or 200, everyone seemed to be doing or saying something different, which made it really hard to scale and forecast. Other heads of sales shared they were struggling with the same thing.
