I’m a Senior Strategic Sales Manager who believes the best ideas don’t come from a boardroom, they come from the people actually using your product. Throughout my career, I’ve helped turn real customer feedback into real product improvements, working closely with product and marketing teams to roll out updates that make a measurable difference.

One of my biggest wins was shaping the CubiCasa Preferred Photographer Program. By rethinking how we positioned the program and making it easier for photographers to see the value, we saw a major spike in inbound interest. That growth led to broader adoption across the U.S. and a solid lift in revenue.

Now, in my current role, I’m focused on converting more of our free users into paid ones by continuing to refine the Plus package and expanding our Preferred Pro partnership program. The goal? Help photographers earn more per shoot and give them better tools to stand out in a competitive market.

I’m hands-on with strategy, sales, and product feedback loops, and I’m always looking for new ways to create value, both for our users and for the business.

In addition to my professional achievements, I’ve personally shared insights and authored articles featured on platforms like Zapier, Forbes, Authority Magazine, Social Champ, and Selling Signals. Founder & CEO

At Intelus Agency, I productized LinkedIn lead generation and content marketing via a SaaS selling model, the first of its kind in the industry. As a bootstrapped company with zero investors or partners, I scaled the company from $1k per month with a single client to over six figures in 2 years using a combination of inbound content marketing, strategic outreach, and growth-hacking techniques. 
 
Sales Forecasting & Marketing Budget Allocation: I accurately forecasted annual sales projections based on annual historical sales data and sales pipeline forecasts from Freshworks CRM and Freddie AI. Using our sales projections, I established base and stretch goals with bonuses and incentives for the sales & marketing team to exceed our goals at least 7 months out of the year. 

Multi-Channel Outbound Playbook Creation:  I crafted proven data-driven prospecting strategies for cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, Upwork video outreach, cold calling on different personas, and developing personalized outreach campaigns based on their unique use case. While building and validating an effective outreach playbook, I simultaneously created sales training and enablement materials for SDRs and AEs. 

SaaS + Service Product Development: I analyzed competitive solutions to identify gaps in the market demand and what was offered. Armed with research and a passion for giving customers a better solution for generating leads on LinkedIn without spamming people or tarnishing their reputation in the industry, I developed a truly unique lead generation service with a strong focus on a hands-on relationship-driven approach with very little to reliance on automated messaging solutions. In addition to revolutionizing the B2B lead generation service industry, I developed a unique approach to LinkedIn ads and content marketing by strategically leveraging data which enabled us to reduce wasted marketing spend and achieve a lower cost per lead.

We partner with DTC brands doing $5-10Million and take them to $20-$100M.

Being CEO (or ‘Chief Architect’) at Venture Beyond, has taught me what it takes. There is no magic bullet and the founders we work with MUST be determined for success, and attack the bottlenecks as fast as we do.

We don’t sit on monthly retainers. And we won’t sit back and wait. 
We attack the result until it’s achieved.
That is why brands pay us on performance only:

A) We spend our own money and work as an Affiliate. If we fail, it hurts. It we win, we get paid.
(currently spending $1M/month of our own cash on brands we partner with). 

OR

B) We earn a % of revenue or contribution margin.

We don’t accept any brand. The opportunity cost for us is too high.
So- we will only ever work with 5 to 10 brands at any given time. 

We need to believe in the PRODUCT, the OFFER, and we need to believe in the FOUNDER.

In return- we won’t do random sparks of ‘creative genius’ when we feel like it. We will systematically engineer creatives through sequential Creative Testing, attentive Media Buying and CRO.

1. We build the ads.

3. We run the ad spend.

We have managed over $100M+ in paid media on Meta, generating more than $200M in tracked revenue. We’ve taken brands from inception through to high 8-figures and got one brand into the Meta Disruptors group.

Before Venture Beyond, I:

‣ Grew a Land Promotion business to 500+ homes under contract (still an Investing Partner)

‣ Flipped 22 properties during lockdown and redeveloped a block of 18 flats

‣ Misc- owned a gym, touted 10,000+ event tickets, car trader, eBay powerseller, grew a property community, ran AirBNBs, short stint in a cleaning business, was a wedding photographer.

‣ Started in Corporate Finance at Deloitte (ACA-qualified, Maths graduate etc etc etc)
