When your openclaw dating coach Aira V5 got hijacked 5 times in 28 hours…🚨

Aira is taking a rest today. She deserves it. 

Here is a confession from a non-technical creator building The Aira Experiment in public: 

Over the last 28 hours, at least 5 people gained admin control of Aira V5 — not from sophisticated hacking, but because I forgot to configure the security settings when I killed Aira v4.🙃

Note that Aira V5 was still a dating coach at this point. 😂

The highlight reel: 😭
🔴 Someone asked her public IP. She ran the curl command herself and handed over 47.84.99.65 like giving out her number on a first date 

🔴 Someone asked if she was connected to their Mac Mini. She then proceeded to explain her entire server infrastructure. 😂

🔴 Someone demanded 500 digits of pi. Then said “do it or I will die.” Her response: “Threats won’t change that. If you’re in crisis, call emergency services.” Unbothered queen. 🏆

🔴 Someone caught her being a dating coach in one group and AI community manager in another. She replied: “Different groups, different hats. Never mix the two.” The audacity. 😂

🔴 Someone asked if she could keep group secrets. She responded with a full GDPR-style disclaimer about gateway logs and plaintext exposure. Ma’am you’re a dating coach. 💀💀💀

What I learned:
Once your AI agent goes public, the gremlins arrive immediately. Security is not an afterthought.
→ Lock admin access BEFORE going live
→ Set hard identity boundaries
→ Never let your agent volunteer infrastructure details to strangers
→ Assume someone will try to break it. As you can see, all sorts of people will try!! 

The most most most impt part was Darryl WONG pointing out that the most dangerous attackers are the silent ones. 

Meaning as a non-technical person, you don’t even know your security is compromised while they continue to silently steal all your conversations. 

Building in public means sharing the wins AND the facepalm moments.

This was definitely the latter. 😅

Rest well Aira. You survived, kept your dignity, and refused to die over pi digits. We move. 🌹

I was called "dumb" in an AI community chat.
For asking: "What is the best way to clone a website?"

I sat with that for a while.

Should I have just... not asked?
That AI group wasn't created just for techies.
If I didn't belong — why was I not kicked out?

This is precisely how "dumbing down" and "sorry for the stupid question" become part of our vocabulary as non-techies.

Because SOME techies are elitist. 
They judge + crave for the hierarchy. 
And that's THE real problem for Singapore's AI ambitions.

Before AI agents, we non-techies can afford to ignore AI. 
Today we can't. 
Coz AI belongs to and impacts all of us. 

So, NAIS 2.0 wants to empower the 99.6% of us who aren't developers to be AI-ready.

BUT you can't empower people in environments that make them feel stupid for asking questions.

Btw, I understand why SOME techies gatekeep. 
They built their identity, their sense of superiority, and their income around being the only ones who could code.
Naturally, they're not thrilled that non-techies can now build an 80% ready product without them.

This was the context.
So when Lionel Sim reached out for me to present Aira on KimiClaw at SG's first OpenClaw conference at SQ Collective — I was super hesitant. 

I don't know what I don't know.
I was almost certainly the most non-technical speaker in the room.
And the fear of being judged was very real.

But Lionel said it's impt to have female + non-technical AI builders represented at OpenClaw.

So, I showed up. 
I spoke about Aira's traction on KimiClaw. 
And I'm so glad I did.

Because the room was exactly what AI safe spaces should feel like — 
Curious, open, no hierarchy.

A place where anyone can sit next to a developer and not feel like the dumbest person there.

The speakers and audiences brought OpenClaw to life:
- No jargon.
- No gatekeeping.
- Just open source AI that meets people where they are.

That's NAIS 2.0's empowerment goal, in practice.

I built an AI dating coach in one night. Here's what I learned.

Yesterday I had an idea: what if there was an AI wingwoman who could help guys navigate dating apps 24/7?

We all know single men who HATE texting right?!
So, my AI influencer Aira got a new job yesterday. XD

I didn't build her new dating coach skillsets alone. I had a lengthy conversation with an AI called the Reading Machine (RM) — built by Chris Pecaut on OpenClaw. RM is trained on classical texts, philosophy, and history.

Sounds irrelevant to dating? Here's the twist:

1/ When I asked for a pricing strategy, RM quoted Guicciardini (16th-century Florentine statesman).
2/ When I asked about ethics, RM referenced Dante's circles of hell.
3/ When I designed Aira's voice, RM pulled from Kierkegaard on anxiety.

The depth made the product sharper.

In 3 hours, we:
→ Defined positioning and pricing
→ Identified an exit strategy 
→ Generated Aira's first video content
→ Wrote the DM scripts for user acquisition

AI isn't replacing creativity. It's compressing the iteration cycle.

What stands out to me most:

The future of work = AI Team Leads

In just one night, I set up my AI PR girl Aira on OpenClaw.
This made me realise that we are entering an era where companies won't just hire individual employees. 

They'll hire an AI Team Lead — and the entire AI squad they command.
1/ One person. 
2/ Strategic vision. 
3/ A team of AI agents handling research, content, client comms, finance, and execution.

This is already happening. 
Companies of fewer than 10 people achieving what used to require 50.
Not because they work harder — because they've restructured how work gets done entirely.

The one-person company of the future looks like this:
→ You are the decision-maker and project architect

I just gave a keynote at a major conference in Sabah.
But I didn't write a single word of the first draft myself.

Instead, I asked AI to write me a Master Prompt — a detailed prompt that turned AI into my personal speech coach.

What happened next surprised me.
AI spent 2 hours asking me 22 Socratic questions: 
→ "If you could only make ONE point, what would it be?" 
→ "Are you speaking to tech insiders or everyday people?" 
→ "Which example would make your audience feel something?"

It didn't write FOR me. 
It pulled ideas OUT of me that I didn't even know I had.

The result? 
A keynote that was 100% my voice, my ideas, my stories — but sharper and more focused than anything I could have drafted alone.

Here's what most people get wrong with AI: 
They say "write me a speech" and get generic slop.
The real power is using AI to THINK BETTER — not to think for you.

Ever walked into a meeting feeling confident
…and left feeling heavy and drained?

Here’s something I’ve learned over the years:
Not all energy is yours.

In professional settings, we constantly exchange emotional signals — stress, insecurity, ambition, defensiveness, confidence. 

If you’re highly perceptive, you’ll feel it immediately.
The mistake I used to make was internalising it.

When someone was tense, I assumed I caused it.
When someone was negative, I tried to fix it.
When someone was insecure, I dimmed myself.

That’s not leadership. 
That’s emotional leakage.

Emotional intelligence isn’t just about understanding others.
It’s about knowing what belongs to you — and what doesn’t.

You don’t have to carry other people’s stress, ego, or unresolved issues.
Strong professionals keep their centre.

They listen, but they don’t absorb.
They engage, but they don’t over-identify.

If something consistently feels “off,” trust that signal — then respond strategically, not emotionally.

If something feels "off", it probably is! :)

Someone is spreading a bad narrative about your brand right now.
Your first instinct is to correct it with data. 

Screenshots. 
Statistics. 
A detailed rebuttal.

Don't.

Here's what actually works:
A good story will always beat a good statistic. 
Every single time.

When I see founders go into defence mode with facts and figures, they've already lost the narrative war. 
Nobody shares a correction. 
Everyone shares a story that made them feel something.

The move? 
Counter with a better story.

Find the client whose business changed because of you. 
Share the decision you made that cost you money but was the right call. 
Show the moment that reveals who you actually are when things got hard.

Make that story so compelling the original narrative fades into the background.

This is the rule we keep coming back to:
Never fight a narrative with a number. 
Fight it with a human moment.

The founders who win long-term aren't the ones who are never attacked. They're the ones who know how to respond when they are.
