Formed in 2000, ASE are a global leader in Cloud, Data and Connectivity services. Kristof has been responsible for the national growth of products under the ASE portfolio. This role comprised the engagement and leading of the Sales Team on ASE’ solutions such as Cloud (HCI, Private, Public & Hyperscalers), Data Services (Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Big Data, Data Fabric & Integration, Visualisation and Modelling) and Connectivity (FLUID, Fixed Line, Wireless and Mobile). Coupled with the underpinning Managed Services supporting these services, Kristof has overall technical, architecture and sales ownership of solutions and products proposed to customers, requiring significant cross functional leadership of the team such as Business Development Managers, Account Managers, Pre-Sales & Solution Architects and Project Engineers and maintaining parallel targets across the teams. As part of a broader ASE relationship with Iron Mountain, Kristof also functions as the Technology Strategist and Head of Solutions for the Iron Cloud and Digital Management division or Iron Mountain.

In 2011, SingTel integrated its ICT entities under a single banner known and Group Enterprise in 2011. Kristof was responsible both nationally and across the ASEAN region for the Pre-Sales & Sales, product definition and development aimed at integrating the available solutions of the SingTel entities through Australia and Asia (Singapore, Thailand, China and the Philippines). The role comprised the engagement and leading National and Regional Sales Teams around solutions such as Cloud (Private & Public, Azure and Amazon, IaaS, SaaS, PaaS etc), Managed Services, Big Data, IoT, Analytics, RPA, Cyber Security, Server and Desktop Infrastructure, EMM, Business Applications, Digital and traditional Optus products such as Networks, Mobile, Voice and Data offerings. Kristof had overall technical, architecture and sales ownership of solutions and products proposed to customers, requiring significant cross functional leadership of the team such as Business Development Managers, Account Managers, Pre-Sales & Solution Architects and Project Engineers and maintaining parallel targets across the teams.

Tecala Group

Kristof was brought on to develop and lead cross functional teams to provide engaging customer solutions through innovative client engagement methodology for scoping of technology projects including proposal writing and presenting to clients at C/Board, IT Manager and Engineer Level(s). of Tecala's solutions such as Cloud (IaaS, SaaS & PaaS both public and private), Disaster Recovery Service (incl. DR-as-a-Service and Backup-as-a-Service), Managed Services, Cyber Security and Voice & Data services. Kristof also developed a new pre-sales methodology, including solution design, documentation and proposal writing elements of engagements with both prospects and clients, this included template material for Proposals, Capability Statements, Bill of Materials, Commercial Models, Network Diagrams, and Scopes of Works. The role also included the Management of staff, including Business Development Managers, Account Managers, Service Desk Support and Project Engineers. During his time in the role, Kristof was able to achieve over 115% of target.

National Solutions and Consulting Manager

Brennan IT

Kristof started at Brennan as a senior technical engineer and moved to a lead solutions architect role for NSW, responsible for technical design and overall solution architecture for all direct client engagements. During the time at Brennan, Kristof was responsible for product development and improvement through customer engagement and feedback. As the role progressed, Kristof led the NSW and Victorian Sales (at separate times) and lead the teams to successfully meet revenue targets whilst functioning in a Business development and Account Management function for major clients, around Cloud (IaaS, PaaS), Managed Services and Voice & Data services. The role had a large client engagement focus whilst maintaining responsibility for scoping of technology projects including proposal writing and presenting to clients at C/Board, IT Manager and Engineer Level(s). Kristof was able to achieve over 140% of target.
