Preparing PAS reports to identify and track all duplicated files on the PAS system and pass these to the merge team for action
Extract duplicated files from libraries and perform merges/deletion of the duplicate entries on the PAS system and physically merge the associated paperwork
Reurn the merged files to the admin team for filing in the main library
