•	Coordinated the professional development of 26 first- and second-year teachers, ensuring high quality teaching and leadership development.

From consulting for a host of non-profit and educational organizations to serving as a senior executive herself, Sara brings the experience and empathy to impact change through a lens of humility, learning, equity, strategy, and humor. 

What's next for Sara? Right now, she is enjoying independent consulting, but she is eager to find a new home with a team that shares her values, her love of using Gifs in presentations, and her drive to change the world. Until then, she is open to helping lead Executive Searches (boasting a 100% placement rate and an average tenure of 4.6+ years for placed candidates), providing project management and strategy development, and executive coaching folx that are eager to grow and develop.
