• Assist in processing payroll and upkeep of employee personal files
• Management of confidential client documents and information
• File company and client documents in the appropriate area
• Reconcile company accounts utilizing PeachTree and Sage50
• Apply check payments from clients
• Perform Electronic Funds Transfers for client accounts every month
• In charge of mailing invoices and documents to clients, and handled accounting questions
• Act as liaison and support for other departments (accounting, sales and graphical design departments)
• Maintain strong working relationships with vendors with effective communication on a daily basis
• In charge of purchase order creation
• Process mail and distribute to appropriate departments
• Authorized to transmit purchase orders to vendors
• Problem solve when under-orders, over-orders, re-orders and damaged goods occur
• Responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations 
• Mail invoices and documents to clients
• Verify delivers match purchase orders
• Maintain of records and any follow up files or purchases

Marketing Duties 

• Develop new ways to attract prospective clients
• Assist in development of company promotions to obtain new clients
• Update text, video and image content on the company website daily
• Research audience preference and discover current trends
• Schedule the company’s social media accounts daily

Customer Services / Communications Duties 

• Respond to customer inquiries
• Conduct meeting with potential clients
• Manage relationships with long-term clients
