Partnered with senior health and safety leaders to enhance workplace safety and implement best practices. Developed and launched knowledge-sharing programs that helped clients optimize their safety systems. These initiatives were key in driving community growth and engagement, leading to a remarkable expansion of the online community from 2,575 to 25,000 members.

Led initiatives aimed at fostering continuous community growth, closely tracking key metrics to ensure sustained engagement. Built strong relationships with industry influencers, which played a significant role in boosting community activity and engagement.

Key achievements include the creation of the EHSQ members content group (2015/2016), the award of the Safe and Sound Campaign certificate from OSHA in 2017, and the establishment of the EHSQ Community Leadership Board in May 2017. Successfully grew online event registrations from 75 attendees to over 700, with the largest event reaching 1,200 registrations.

Developed valuable affiliation relationships with notable EHS industry influencers, including Ron Gantt, Eric Conn, and Chris Ward. Notably, Chris Ward’s whitepaper achieved the highest historical downloads at 26,000, while Eric Conn’s whitepaper reached over 19,000 downloads, showcasing the strength of the community and the value of these collaborations.
