WHO I AM

Co-founder of Lone Rock Consulting. An adventurous, family-oriented individual who has been driven to succeed over many years of demanding work. My experience covers multiple industries, putting me in a great position to share these experiences through my leadership development business. Managed over $25 million in services to high profile clients including Lockheed Martin, Cigna and J&J. Author of multiple books, lover of sports, namely golf and boating, whilst also being the lead singer of a band.

1)   Consulting where we do executive coaching and in-person meetings with leadership teams, creating clarity on the most important results. Interviewing the team to access current and desired mindsets, and facilitating the conversation needed to create movement in the right direction.
2)   Lead in 30 - 30 days of intense leadership training to improve performance in leaders at both executive and middle management levels.
