Tideway is a £4.2bn construction project design and build the Thames Tideway Tunnel and is a regulated waste water company. Tideway operates in a complex regulatory environment governed by Defra, Ofwat, and the Environment Agency.

As Senior Commercial Manager within the Commercial Agreements team, Lee led in the management, formation,  negotiation and execution of bespoke legal/commercial agreements on this major programme; liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, from strategic to operational levels, internally and externally

Working in Southern Water's Construction and Engineering Department, managing Wastewater Process (Above Ground) Design and Construction Projects and Programmes, across Southern Water's entire region (Kent, Sussex and Hampshire). 

Using APMP principals, industry experience and my Project Management knowledge to ensure the Projects are delivered successfully - On time, to budget, to the right quality, delivering customer/stakeholders satisfaction and with the highest regard to Health and Safety. 

 - Plant Out of Action (£8.9m) - 
A regional MEICA programme across numerous sites to bring various Assets and Systems types back into service, delivering real tangible cost savings and benefits to Southern Water.

 - STC Planned Digester Maintenance - 
Bringing four Sludge Treatment Centres and their Anaerobic Digesters back up to optimum service by emptying, cleaning, repairing and installing the latest mixing technology.

 - Aylesford WTW - 
By upgrading the entire raised Inlet Works (new channel, screens, controls and screening handling) and installing a new PST Pump Set and Sludge Main the site and Southern Water has benefitted greatly, transforming the performance of the site.

 - Weatherlees Hill WTW PST Building - 
A demolition project on a large scale.. The PST Building that covered the four tanks had become unsafe and needed to be demolished, the challenge and constraints were that we needed to maintain the process and the fact that this was once the largest single span building in Europe.

 - Weatherlees Hill WTW - 
A challenging scheme in working in a potentially hazardous area due to H2S ingress into a key MCC Room meant we needed to seal the room, install mitigation and bring the panel back up to scratch. We also installed a new and improved Screening Handling system.

 - Faversham WTW -
Installing a new Screenings Handling system, upgrading the Inlet Screens with VSDs and a overhaul of the existing screens and changed the fortunes of this site.

Aliaxis UK

Product Development Project Coordination for the Aliaxis group; for companies such as Marley Plumbing and Drainage and Hunter Plastics - driving Projects through the internal departments to ensure stakeholders input has been captured and the Project is delivered to time/cost/quality. Considering the companies Portfolio and Programmes was key, this included understanding marketing strategies and Design and Tooling Programmes and strategies that effect the Project in-hand.

 - Marley Plumbing and Drainage Sanitary Product Range - 
The Project to add this entire product range to the company systems, logistical management systems and embed the new line in the business.

Delivering Projects and Designing new products or Applications for existing products for Industrial, Municipal, Domestic and Commercial Wastewater Treatment sites - To customers such as Kellogg Brown & Root, Kent County Council and Wessex Water. I also assisted ATAC in getting onto Wessex Water approved suppliers listing.

•	Comprehensive knowledge and experience of all aspects of Portfolio, Programme and Project from initial conception to final completion and handover to the client, excelling in delivering the best for the client. Using MSP and APM Principals

- Award winning Commercial / Procurement transformation experience 

•	Extensive experience in Commercial and Procurement for large and small Projects & Programmes of work at Strategic, Tactical and Operational levels, which has included creating very strong relationships with suppliers. 

•	Experienced in New Product Launches; from idea Inception, Production Management and Systems Management. This includes accounting for current BSi and Kite-mark standards.

•	Skilled in creating Project and Product Controlling Documentation such as Project Briefs, Transmittals, Specifications, Operations & Maintenance manuals and carrying out and documenting Risk Assessments. 

•	Proactive and reactive Sales Engineering experience for everything from Spares, to completely new systems & process’ with a high success rate. 

•	Design Engineering systems & products to suit applications from General Arrangements to Detailed Elevations. The creation of Bill of Material has become second nature.
