Founder of Equitas, inclusive interview intelligence software designed for fair hiring and helping companies build diverse teams. 

In a previous life I was a professional interview and assessment expert, designing and delivering recruitment, assessment, and interview campaigns for the likes of BSkyB, Aldi, TfL, and MoJ from entry-level hires through to C-suite. 

After 10,000+ interviews conducted across UK & Ireland, knew there had to be a better way, so set up Equitas. Working with the biggest employer in Ireland (HSE) and some incredible clients who are passionate about fair hiring, decentralised hiring, hybrid interviewing and DEI.

🚨 ACQUISITION ANNOUNCEMENT

What a way to kick off 2026. I’ve tried to keep this as quiet as possible since late December but could not be more excited to announce that Equitas has just acquired Screenloop. 

Screenloop was one of the original founding companies in the interview intelligence space built by a super committed team. 

They have an amazing product, got some absolutely brilliant customers and even though we were competitors in the past I have always had a tonne of respect for Anton Boner, the Screenloop team and everything they’ve done in the TA and Recruitment tech space in the last 4+ years. 

If you speak to any of the customers the two main reasons they choose Screenloop was Product, CS (Customer Success) and a great price point, so it was a match made in heaven for us to acquire them. 

If Equitas hadn’t had a breakout year in 2024/25 and 10x’ed as a company this acquisition could have easily been the other way around.

What we’re building at both Equitas and now with Screenloop is driven by the ambition to make hiring more consistent, fair, and effective with interviews at the heart of it. 

We could not be more excited for what 2026 has in store now that Screenloop is part of Equitas. 

Thanks to an army of folks who made this acquisition possible.

The majority of interviews I've done in the past as a professional interviewer there was no CV to hand and it meant a better experience for HM and candidates. 


And the majority of time a better hiring decision.
