- Developed a progression framework & implemented tools to support employee capability & accelerate efficiency.

- Successfully navigated the department through a complex redundancy process, negotiated with the trade union to ensure best outcomes for the business & staff, by enabling 22 voluntary redundancies rather than compulsory.

- Proactively participated in BBC wide mentoring programmes and apprenticeship schemes where I proudly increased our intake of female engineers. I also supported employee relations case work by standing as a hearing manager for bullying & harassment cases.

Operations Manager - Technology Support, BBC Engineering

- Led a department of 40 engineers & auxiliary staff to support 4000+ global World Service teams, to consistently hit our 95% on air KPI by nurturing a collaborative culture, leveraging innovative strategies and optimising workflow efficiencies.
