FLYNIGHT EVENTS LIMITED

Within my constant work at FlyNight Events, I am and have been involved in many events throughout the year. This is a PLC, which hosts night outs at various clubs all over the United Kingdom. I am predominantly based within Leeds. Various roles such as marketing, ticket selling and on-the-night tasks. 
•   Marketing on social media and through University society groups, allowing us to gauge a bigger audience for the events. 
•   Ticket selling through online promotion and advertising through hotspots in the City-Centre or University accommodation's. 
•   Such tasks on the night as checking tickets for the door; Cash handling for on the door buyers; Setting up of the venue; Taking care of the DJ; Special attention to special guests. 
I have set up the venue and ran my own night in Cardiff by myself which was a great experience and eye opener. This taught me to be patient and calm when dealing with certain situations. Similarly, I have completed the same at another night club in York unaided. Through my constant ambition to do well with the company and knowledge I gained of how to run the night, the owner gave me the responsibility to run these two un-aided by myself, as he was impressed by my work ethic.
