Don’t schedule your posts, it will kill your reach.
Schedule your posts, it keeps you consistent.

Don’t pitch in DMs, it will scare your ICP away.
Do targeted DMs. Don’t do mass outreach.

Text posts are not working
Text + picture builds credibility.
Post more carousels to add value.

Comment 50 times per day.
Send 100 connection requests.
Post every day.
Don’t post every day.

Followers matter the most to make money.
Don’t focus on followers, focus on relationships.

All this sounds confusing right ? 

Everyone on LinkedIn is sharing what has worked for them.

Some of it is useful.

I used to struggle saying my prices on sales calls because I I wasn’t confident.

Every coaching, mentorship, YouTube video said the same thing:

Be confident on the call. The client could sense it.

And they were right.
People could sense it.
I could sense it too.

But I was never sure of myself back then because I didn’t have results to back what I was saying.

No sales script or pitch video could make me confident. 

My confidence came from real work.

- Working with red-flag clients.
- Taking low-budget projects.
- Doing work for half the price of what I deserved.
- Sometimes even doing things just to get the experience.
- Chasing clients for invoices

But still bringing results in whatever situation I was in.

Yes I was exhausted, I felt bad. 

But all of that slowly built my confidence.

Today when I quote my prices, I say them without fear.

Because now I am sure of the results I can bring.

No matter what anyone says, if you really want to charge your worth, do the real work and gain that experience.

Coaches are you are missing on making money from Linkedin because you’re busy posting irrelevant content.

A few weeks back, I audited profiles of multiple coaches.

All of them had years of experience.

All of them had real, solid client wins.

But LinkedIn wasn’t bringing them a single lead.

Their feed was full of generic tips, daily motivation, and random testimonial screenshots.

Nothing that showed how they take a client from point A to point B.

If you want LinkedIn to actually work for you, you have to show transformation.

→	Share case studies.
→	What was the problem your client came with?
→	What wasn’t working?
→	What steps did you take?
→	What shifted after your process?
What transformation did they witness after working with you ?

This hits the trigger points your ideal client is already living with.

When you show transformation, you don’t need to “sell.”

Your work does it for you.

I have spoken to 35+ founders on discovery calls and of them have asked this one question. 

What should I post on LinkedIn?

The answer is, 

There’s no cookie cutter strategy that fits all. 

The answer depends entirely on one thing i.e your objective from linkedin

What do you want LinkedIn to do for you?

→ If you want to grow your followers
Start with content that’s relatable and human.
Personal reflections,failures and honest thoughts.
Eg why saying no is hard, or why slowing down feels scary.

→ If you want industry visibility
Get specific and talk about your space.
What’s changing and what are your opinions on things in your industry.

→ If you want leads
You need to share a mix of both. 
Blend your personal stories with the professional experience. 

Start with clarity and focus on building trust, authority and relatability with your audience.

I avoided sharing stories on LinkedIn thinking it would look cringe.

So in the beginning, most of my posts were frameworks, tips, and techniques.

And to be fair, they worked.

They brought me followers.

But they didn’t help me build a relationship with the people reading them.

Then one day, even though I felt weird I shared a small story about my freelancing journey.

A mistake I made and how handled it. 

I got better DMs , someone messaged sharing their mistake.

Then started sharing more client stories. 

It attracted better leads. 

Some leads even told they found me genuine to work with. 

So if you’ve been holding back on sharing your own stories, thinking it’s “too much, and what will others think.
