In the age of AI, the most valuable capability in organizations is judgment.

As AI accelerates decision-making, increases cognitive load, and creates the illusion of clarity, leaders are being asked to decide faster, align more people, and execute under tighter constraints. Most organizations are adding tools faster than they’re strengthening the human systems required to use them well.

My work sits at the intersection of leadership development, learning systems, and AI-enabled decision-making. I help organizations build the human judgment, shared clarity, and execution discipline required to lead effectively in complex, high-stakes environments.

I bring more than two decades of experience leading leadership development inside highly regulated, accountability-driven systems, where weak alignment, poor decisions, or failed change efforts have real consequences. That background shaped a deeply practical approach: people need to see both the destination and the path before meaningful change can occur.

I design leadership and learning systems that make the roadmap visible—clarifying priorities, sequencing decisions, and creating structured opportunities for feedback and course correction. This balance of clarity and shared ownership turns strategic intent into sustained follow-through.

My AI work is explicitly non-technical and human-centered. I don’t just train people on tools. Rather help leaders:

Strengthen human-in-the-loop decision-making

Apply product thinking to leadership and learning systems

Reduce AI-driven overwhelm, noise, and false confidence

Use AI to support better judgment rather than replace it

Whether I’m coaching executives, facilitating leadership teams, or designing learning architectures, the goal is the same: make the work usable for real people, inside real organizations, under real constraints.

There is no way around the fact that we are in an extraordinary era in the history of the American Republic. It may well prove to be an inflection point in how our democracy operates, or doesn't.

If you have not watched Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell's video message this evening, I hope you will. I hope every American will watch or listen to it. This message is more important than even the NFL playoffs (go Patriots! go Bears!). He posted it on Bluesky, X, on their website, and elsewhere so it should be easy to find, no matter what service(s) you are on.

Principled, clear, and defiant, fitting of his position, in the face of obvious pretextual attack. Impressive and important to be this clear right now. Every time.

I am in full agreement with our colleagues at Press Forward and all those decrying the dangerous arrests of journalists today. This is a terrible precedent that should not be set. This represents one more in a long line of assaults on the First Amendment by an Administration that has proved hostile to the Constitutional rights of free expression, freedom of assembly, and freedom of the press. I am confident it will be met by forceful legal challenge.

FWIW: a majority of Americans do not support the unlawful use of force we are seeing by masked federal agents in our cities.

“Just 26% of Americans say that they view the shooting as an appropriate use of force. The majority, 56%, call it an inappropriate use of force, with 51% saying that it also reflects bigger problems with the way that ICE is operating. A single-digit share called it an isolated incident while the rest say they haven’t heard enough about it to weigh in.

Americans say, 51% to 31%, that ICE enforcement actions are making cities less safe rather than safer; another 18% say there’s been little effect either way.”
