As a writer, activist, social entrepreneur, trauma-informed coach, and speaker, I’ve dedicated my life to bridging the gaps I once fell through. Drawing from my own experiences with anxiety and depression, I founded Bounce Black to empower Black professionals to thrive holistically. Being placed on an illegal surveillance watchlist by my ex-employer, NBCUniversal, after reporting my former boss for bullying, harassment and discrimination, motivated me to turn my pain into purpose. I have transformed my trauma from institutional racism and betrayal, to help organisations live up to their DEIB promises and foster genuine, inclusive, equitable cultures where everyone has a meaningful chance to progress.

With a career spanning marketing, policy, publishing and tech-for-good, I bring a dynamic and multidisciplinary perspective to my work. I offer tailored consultancy, workshops, and creative campaigns on workplace wellbeing, racial equity, and neurodiversity. I also host events and generate impactful content to inspire resilience and meaningful change.
