Responsible for Top-level & Bottom-level performances.
Draw road-map for company's direction, strategies, expansion and carry out high-level negotiations.

Maintain relationship with top level business networks amongst the telecom service providers, creditors, suppliers, sub contractors... etc. 
Ensure regularly the compliance and contractual obligations are met by the company in projects & contracts.

Develop and establish operating policies consistent with the board policies and objectives and ensure their adequate execution. 
Appraise and evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and systematically, and report these results to the Board

Our team's efforts are geared towards crafting personalized digital experiences through state-of-the-art technology.

Alongside my role at TCTx, I serve as Co-Founder of P's Foundation, where I apply these competencies to foster collaborative environments and process improvements. The goal is to create a 'digital heaven,' enhancing the quality of life by merging the latest in AI, virtual reality, and blockchain with human-centric designs. I’m Shihab Makaniyil, and for years I have been supporting family, friends, and local communities in maintaining their physical, mental, and emotional well-being, often through a simple phone call or WhatsApp message.
