Chief Executive Officer

Responsible for Top-level & Bottom-level performances.
Draw road-map for company's direction, strategies, expansion and carry out high-level negotiations.
Ensure the profitability and growth in all business avenues. 
Maintain relationship with top level business networks amongst the telecom service providers, creditors, suppliers, sub contractors... etc. 
Ensure regularly the compliance and contractual obligations are met by the company in projects & contracts. 
Participate in the development and preparation of short-term and long-range plans.
Budget based upon broad organization goals and objectives.
Recommend their adoption to the Board. 
Direct the development and installation of procedures and controls.
Develop and establish operating policies consistent with the board policies and objectives and ensure their adequate execution. 
Appraise and evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and systematically, and report these results to the Board
Ensure that all activities and operations are performed in compliance with Government regulations and laws governing business operations.
