•Handled multiple projects simultaneously across the difference technology categories.  
•	Led full cycle technology sourcing projects starting with strategy, identification of the right potential partners, initiating contact, competitive bidding, pricing & contract negotiation, up to contract approval.
•Managed the contracts lifecycle from drafting to signature in coordination with Legal and responsible Department with main target to negotiate and enhance terms and ensure alignment with best practice. 
•Developed, Implemented, controlled, and Monitored procurement strategies, considering the specificities of the targeted markets and Alfa's necessities in terms of security of supply, quality of goods and services, and overall costs. 
•Ensured a rigorous, fair, and transparent award process for the various projects (RFQs, Tenders, …). 
•Promoted an ethical and professional working relationship with internal stakeholders and external suppliers using a consistent approach.

Technology Procurement Manager

•Led, trained, and guided the team responsible for technology purchases (Information Technology, and Telecom Systems & solutions) to ensure maximum benefit for the company by standardizing negotiations and discussion techniques. 
•	Acted as the company's spokesperson during complex negotiations and major projects’ design and implementation. 
•Qualified suppliers by applying consistent qualification criteria and methodology; soliciting suppliers and analyzing their proposals to ensure the quality of the goods and services acquired and compliance with business requirements.
•	Drove the negotiations, RFQs and tenders award for high value technology projects (+$100Million in value).  
•Managed all procurement operations such as ensuring the Delivery on Time in Full and Quality (DIFOTQ) of orders and identified the impact on the network for delayed projects implementation and/or licenses activation/renewal.

•Managed the relationship with partners in terms of orders placement, on-time renewals, and payment terms.

In my most recent position, I have shifted from telecom to information technology in the capacity of procurement and contract manager. This experience helped me:

•	broaden my exposure to the gulf region, and
•	refine my remote management capabilities.
