Performed monitoring of the 2G/3G/LTE network on 24x7 Basis by using ZTE Netnumen Unified Management System.
Escalate Fault to the Field team by trouble ticket and also update the Trouble ticket till the Resolving of the fault.
Responsible for First level Investigation and troubleshooting fault occurred in the network.
Ensure all the escalated faults/TTs are to be rectified in agreed SLA.
Investigating faults (Power/TXM/BSS), providing technical reports to identify cause of problems, and giving preventive guidance to avoid same problem happen again.
Investigate faults related to system/network problems, recommend and execute action plan to resolve the issues.
Prepared Weekly and Monthly 2G/3G/LTE Network Utilization Report.
Performance Monitoring and Escalating the KPI Degradation Report on Hourly and Daily Basis of the whole network.
Also responsible for monitoring M/W alarms, Link Performance, Visibility of M/W Link by using PNMSj.

Front Office Engineer (2G,3G,4G LTE NOC)

Working within the Ericsson Network Operations Centre as surveillance Engineer.
Acting as liaison between front and Contractor NOC.
Creating ticket by WFM (Work force management), to the concern Field Engineer.
Also Monitoring External Alarms (Intruder, Environmental, Power issues) by command on OSS 
Faults escalation, follow up with field maintenance.
Provide support to Field Operations and Project team as required.
Updating trouble ticket databases with latest status information.
Ensuring that all trouble tickets are dealt with in a timely manner.
Responsible for the surveillance of the network. Perform 24 hours surveillance of the whole GSM network by OSS
Monitor, analyze and clear all faults reported by these systems and also complaints coming from Customer Care, and other operators.
Monitoring the systems of vendors like Ericsson, Motorola, Alcatel and Huawei.
Use of Citrix Client Software for Alcatel and Motorola OMC-R. Also use remedy to monitor the alarms.
Use of IMANAGER 2000 Mobile Element Management System. (Alarm, Browse, Query and Statistics) for Huawei Monitoring.
Call out the Field Technicians with a work order, when physical intervention in the equipment is needed.
Escalate difficult problems to the Field Engineers and Back Office.
