Technical Recruiter

•Recruit for 40+ job requisitions which consisted of Program Managers, Software Engineers, and Cybersecurity professionals with skill sets in C, C++, C#, Python, Splunk, Spark, Proofpoint, MITRE ATT&CK, Data Science, Applied Science, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and other technologies and tools for Microsoft Security.
•Provide full cycle recruitment for levels 61-66 using iCIMS while researching documents in Success Factors.
•Conduct 20+ recruiters screens per week to provide hiring leaders with candidate’s background information and expectations for the positions they apply for.
•Schedule full loop interviews for internal and external candidates & conduct personalized kickoff calls for candidates to prepare them for interviews.
•Draft and extend offers to external candidates.
•Submit visa requests for candidates who will operate in their positions under work visas.
•Create LinkedIn projects for each position to successfully source and ultimately hire diverse candidates.
•Provide weekly LinkedIn meetings with prospective candidates to discuss their career goals and possible positions with Microsoft.
•Promoted from level 60 to level 61.

Chenae Erkerd

As a Quality Systems Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, I go the extra mile to make sure my team understands the significance of what we do at work. Why? Because we are making medications that help cancer patients, stroke victims, children with autism, and others. What we do matters, which is why I foster a work environment that motivates people to be their best, to do their best, to give their best. 

Giving back is central to everything I do—not only at work, but in my community. I spend much of my free time volunteering in the community, whether it’s running in the Susan G. Komen’s “Race for the Cure,” participating with 'National Go RED', volunteering with the Wounded Warrior Project, or crocheting for a cause (I’ve crocheted beanies for preemies, scarves for Special Olympians, hats for cancer patients, and holiday ornaments of soldiers overseas). Other favorite organizations include the SPCA and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. As a veteran, volunteering comes naturally; my time as a Medical Specialist with the U.S. Army Reserves taught me what it means to support, connect, and serve.

I see the world as three-dimensional; everything we do impacts the people around us. By ensuring that all of us are in full compliance with cGMP requirements, validation guidelines, and quality standards at our production facility, the patients who receive our medications are the ones who benefit—and I never lose sight of that fact.
