Technical Recruiter

•Recruit for 40+ job requisitions which consisted of Program Managers, Software Engineers, and Cybersecurity professionals with skill sets in C, C++, C#, Python, Splunk, Spark, Proofpoint, MITRE ATT&CK, Data Science, Applied Science, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and other technologies and tools for Microsoft Security.
•Provide full cycle recruitment for levels 61-66 using iCIMS while researching documents in Success Factors.
•Conduct 20+ recruiters screens per week to provide hiring leaders with candidate’s background information and expectations for the positions they apply for.
•Schedule full loop interviews for internal and external candidates & conduct personalized kickoff calls for candidates to prepare them for interviews.
•Draft and extend offers to external candidates.
•Submit visa requests for candidates who will operate in their positions under work visas.
•Create LinkedIn projects for each position to successfully source and ultimately hire diverse candidates.

I work with business owners throughout Chicagoland and across Illinois who want experienced, steady guidance through the process of selling their business with confidence and clarity.

Selling a business is not a single event. It is a multi-stage process that involves pricing and positioning the business appropriately, identifying and vetting qualified buyers, structuring the right deal, coordinating financing, and managing many moving parts while the business continues to operate. My role is to guide and manage that process end-to-end so owners are supported, informed, and not navigating it alone.

A key part of my work is buyer matchmaking. This includes leveraging a national database of qualified buyers, identifying the right buyer profile for each business, vetting financial capability and intent, and facilitating productive conversations between buyers and sellers. I also work closely with lenders, attorneys, CPAs, and referral partners to help structure transactions that make sense and support a smooth transition.

Before becoming a business broker, I spent over a decade as a chiropractor and business owner, followed by an operations and performance leadership role within a multi-location healthcare organization. That background informs how I approach this work. I understand the realities of starting and growing a business, managing teams, and making high level decisions while day-to-day operations continue.

Today, as a Business Broker with First Choice Business Brokers Naperville, I work with owners of privately held businesses, including service-based, home-based, and virtual businesses, to guide them through the process of selling their business with steady guidance, thoughtful judgment, and experience navigating complex transactions.
