Same tasks as my previous position plus:
- Direct management of the sales team
- Put together financial and sales reports for ownership
- Implement improved KPI's and track these with the sales team
- Goal setting and meeting with the sales team to help achieve the sales goals of the brand

Senior Sales Manager

Same tasks as my previous position but on a larger scale. I now oversee the Charlotte area for our Fort Mill location as well as The Refinery near Uptown, and any future Charlotte area locations
- as of January 2023, I hold the Venture X brand-wide record for total contract value closed in a singular month
- I hold a top 10 position for highest monthly recurring revenue for an office
- I have lead the entire company in outbound calls and meetings month after month for 7 months in a row now

Area Sales Manager

I work with all inbound sales/prospects on finding the right office or workspace within our Charlotte-The Refinery location. I also do community outreach to garner new relationships and produce outbound sales.

I handled all on-site operations of the location and worked hand-in-hand with the Community Coordinator to ensure the space and members were taken care of. I also oversaw all meeting and event bookings and brought in revenue through those bookings

It is my duty to increase and retain the occupancy of this location, as well as increase brand awareness through networking in the local areas.

I am the Community Manager at the Venture X located in the tech friendly Research Triangle Park near Durham, NC. My role is to build a community of members who want to see and help each other succeed. I put on networking events for our members and the public, and I organize events for other organizations that need space to throw those events.
