Here at Who Media we specialise in scaling businesses through targeted Facebook and Instagram advertising.  We primarily focus on bringing companies high-quality leads through the use of bespoke sales funnels, lead magnets, messenger bots and custom-built landing pages.

In recent months, we've expanded our services to include the ever-growing platform that is TikTok. From November of 2019, I had been running the social media side of Gym 01, this included posting frequently on all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn).  This role included photographing subjects, classes etc... on a Sony A7iii, and processing these images for social media use.

The Montrose Foundation

A philanthropic venture, The Montrose Foundation was established by the Graaff Family in 2008 and is breaking new ground with its leading edge approach to addressing substance abuse and addiction in disadvantaged communities.

The primary goals of the Foundation are to provide, co-ordinate or support programmes relating to:

- The care or counselling of, or the provision of education programmes relating to, aban- doned, abused, neglected, orphaned or homeless children.
- Education initiatives to prevent addiction in disadvantaged communities in South Africa, including the provision of training for care or providing care, counselling and treatment.
- Health initiatives to help prevent addiction and support treatment in disadvantaged com- munities in South Africa.
- Community development for disadvantaged persons, including the promotion of community based projects relating to empowerment, capacity building and skills development and the provision of training, support or assistance to these projects.
- Initiatives enhancing awareness of addiction and available treatment resources.
Equine assisted learning is a unique method of working with people who are grappling with addiction, social and communication problems, low self-esteem and aggression.

Through this initiative, we are making equine-assisted learning an accessible intervention for disadvantaged communities.

De Grendel Wines

Sir David Pieter De Villiers Graaff, the first Baronet of De Grendel, is famous as one of the leading politicians and businessmen in the early days of South Africa.

He not only led the introduction of electricity into the city of Cape Town by building the city's first power station (which still stands today next to the Molteno Dam in Oranjezicht), built the Foreshore by reclaiming the land below Strand Street from the sea, and was the main investor in the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, which the family still part own today. He was a member of both the Cape and South African parliaments, and a Cabinet Minister in the first cabinet of the Union of South Africa with his close friends Louis Botha and Jan Smuts. He accompanied Botha to the Versailles peace conference in 1919. For his part in the formation of the Union of South Africa, he was made a baronet by King George V in 1911.

He started life as a butcher’s assistant at the age of 11. By 22, he and his brother were directors of their company and realized the immense possibilities of refrigerating meat, founding The Imperial Cold Storage Company, and building it into one of the largest cold storage companies in the world. He was mayor of Cape Town at the age of 32.

Sir David bought De Grendel in 1891 to stable his prized Arab horses, and built the Herbert Baker style manor house in 1898.

We combine sober living, therapy, and education in one setting, to help each young person realise their potential and utilise their uniqueness for the benefit of themselves and their community.

Experienced Investor in the Behavioural Health industry in South Africa and U.K.

In 2010 I founded Montrose Place and it is one of South Africa’s leading centers for the treatment of addiction and co-occurring disorders.

In 2011 with the growing need and demand for the treatment of eating disorders, I then set up Montrose Manor in 2011 which is South Africa’s first standalone specialist eating disorder unit and continues to this day to be a world leader in eating disorder treatment.

In 2011, I set up the Montrose Foundation – a charity that offers life skills and therapy to disadvantaged youth in South Africa, which is still active today.

Continuing to want to offer facilities to those in recovery in the UK, I launched a sober living facility in London called Cape House. The aim of this program was to support and help stabilise clients who were returning to the UK having had received treatment in international locations.

In 2010 I was the co-founder of an intensive outpatient program in London called START2STOP
