•	Ensuring Experian meets and exceeds my client expectations  

•	Identifying and analyzing key business, market, and product opportunities in alignment with strategy of Tenant Screening

•	Engaging key decision-makers in dialogues, to ensure they are informed of our innovative solutions 

•	Hosting presentations and demonstrations 

•	Ensuring our new and existing clients are informed of our innovative new tools 

•	Researching and identifying emerging markets and trends

I’m the founder of Solio, a platform focused on the operational bottlenecks in Solar.

Through early industry conversations, a consistent pattern emerged: subscriber management, reporting, and utility-specific requirements slow project launches and increase operational drag for IPPs and developers.

Solio is being built as the operating layer; supporting subscriber workflows, reporting, and compliance so teams can bring projects online faster without stitching together brittle systems.

Currently in pre-seed, validating the product roadmap with industry stakeholders.

It’s been one year since my brother passed away.

Two days before he died, I lost my role at a company I deeply loved. It had been two years since the acquisition, and I had already made peace with the fact that the version of that company I cherished wasn’t coming back. I was already thinking about transition and reinvention when everything changed.

Then my brother died.

My brother has been in my life for as long as I can remember. Most of my baby photos have him in them. Big brother energy. Protective. Present.

When I was 16, he practiced driving with me for hours. Even late into the night before my license test, we were still out on the road. He didn’t just want me to pass. He wanted me confident.

That was him. He invested in me.

He believed in me when I decided to build Solio. He didn’t question the risk. He didn’t ask for guarantees. He just believed I would figure it out.

We spend about a third of our lives at work. I knew that statistic. I didn’t realize how much those relationships had woven into my real life until mine fell apart.

People from my work life showed up in my personal life. They called. They sent flowers. They checked in months later. Not because I had something to offer. Not because there was something I could do for them. Just because they cared.

I didn’t know how many people cared about me outside of what I could produce.

This year stripped away titles and certainty. What remained was love. His. And unexpectedly, so many others’.

I’m deeply grateful. Thank you, all.

And to my brother: Ayanle, the love you gave me is still fuel. It carries me forward.
