1 MONTH left of 2025 & 4 days left before I’M IN NEW YORK CITY for the Season 2 Premiere of SERHANT.’s Owning Manhattan on Netflix. 😳🗽

Cool story: Last year when I was studying for my RE License, I would have Owning Manhattan playing in the background & I watched every single minute of it. 

It motivated me to dial in on my studying & really lock in. 
It motivated me to pass my exam on the 1st try. 
It motivated me to close my 1st deal in 87 days.
It motivated me to have a killer 1st year in the business. 

& 1 year later, I’m now a SERHANT. Agent going to New York City to feel the atmosphere of what it’s like to be apart of THE brokerage that’s changing the landscape of the real estate industry. 

Crazy the difference that just 1 year can make.

My wife & I looked at each other this weekend & joyfully said, “This is what our weekends look like now.” 👶🏾🌞

This was a weekend w/ my girls & I couldn’t have asked for anything better. 

We went on a walk at Cauley Creek Park in Johns Creek. 
We took an amazing nap on both Saturday & Sunday. 
& best part of it all, I got to bring my 2 biggest fans to work w/ me to my Open House on Sunday. 

After having baby girl, we frequently remind ourselves that our life is more full, more bright & more fulfilling. 

Thankfully after 8 years of being married, we can smile at what was before her & enjoy what is now w/ her. 

Anybody else w/ kids ever ask themselves, “What even was life before them?” 

PS - I’ve officially deemed Monday, “Family Day.”

Had an offer in on a property early this week & listing agent finally got back to us. Late last night got the counteroffer, talked to my clients & notified them of the update & they said, “Let’s do it!”

There’s nothing like that back & forth of getting a deal done! 

What a way to kick off my 24hour trip to NYC for SERHANT.’s Premiere Party of Netflix’s Season 2 of Owning Manhattan.

6 Weeks Postpartum & Wifey is in the gym ready to roll! 🔥
Proud is an understatement! 

Prior to pregnancy, we worked out together all the time. 
It was the way we bonded & spent time together.

In this new season, we spend time together a lot different. But the core of who we are, is doing the hard things together: 

Believing in God for provision. 
Accomplishing big goals. 
Withstanding adversity. 
Prioritizing our health. 

All of these things we’re doing together as we grow our family & train up our children to do the same.

Was just having a conversation yesterday about how others can add value. It’s not always about immediately giving you business or money. 
Sometimes it’s looks like cool experiences. 

Got together w/ my guy Joshua Ferrell yesterday. 

We were introduced to each other early this year, been busy & balancing schedules, recently reconnected the opportunity to go to the Hawks game for us to reconnect presented itself - You know me, I’m there! 

The conversation was fruitful, the vibe was right & the experience, atmosphere & treatment of being in the Delta Air Lines Sky Club at State Farm Arena is well worth it.

45 degrees? Day after Thanksgiving?
Yes, you could find me out on the golf course! 🏌🏾‍♂️🥶

Haven’t played in 2 weeks & had been missing the game so when my guy Darren M. threw out an invite, (& after clearance from the wife), I jumped at the opportunity! 

Now I will say, I didn’t check the weather before saying yes & that might’ve been a good idea but when the game calls - it’s hard to turn down in any condition. 

I played very average.
My short game is shot. 
& my hands were cold. 

But boy, did I have a good time hitting those occasional good shots. 

That’s essentially all the game is anyway. 
A good shot here & there that keeps you coming back. 

Anybody else enjoying some good old Winter Golf these days? 

PS - It felt even better to get home to my girls inside of a warm house afterwards.
