9 months ago, when I stopped typing and started dictating everything with Wispr Flow, it was to speed things up. Most people dictate four times faster than they type.

I realize now that the biggest value is also the DATA/CONTEXT.

We spent 6 years writing operations manuals nobody wanted to read. 

SOPs of 100+ pages on how to respond to a prospect in Swiss German, when to propose meeting times, what to say when someone ghosts after the second email, etc.

Turns out that's the only thing that matters now.

Every agency is plugging into the same LLMs: same models, same prompts, same "AI-powered" pitch deck.

But when we feed our docs into Claude, it doesn't sound like a generic SDR. It sounds like someone who's been doing inbox management in DACH markets for half a decade.

The gap isn't who has the best AI stack. The gap is that it took years to document what actually works before AI came along.

Long story short, you can't automate institutional knowledge that you never wrote down, so it's not just about "implementing new AI tools", but also "documenting what our team actually knows"

I got tired of hitting Claude Code limits every week. It is frustrating because the problem is not only the message count. It is how fast the limit drops when your context gets heavy.

So I switched to Codex 5.3, and the difference felt immediate. Just more usable capacity.

What changed for me:

I can stay in flow longer without watching the limit
I can do more iterations on the same task
I can ship more before the tool says stop

Claude is still strong in deep reasoning. But for daily delivery speed, Codex 5.3 feels better for my workflow.
