My first week of 2026 looked like this.

I started by creating a new Instagram account. It’s focused on lead generation, clients, and collaborations; for creators and compounders who want to build real outcomes using LinkedIn and content.

I shot a lot of content this week.
The kind that feels clear when you hit publish.

Numbers moved too.
Roughly 500 new followers across platforms. LinkedIn did most of the work.
Hit 145K there.

I also started posting daily again on LinkedIn. Engagement dropped. That wasn’t surprising.
I’d taken a long break earlier, and at that point in time, that break mattered more than reach.

Life didn’t pause while work was happening.

One day my mother wasn’t feeling well. I had a packed day and a night shoot. I ordered food from Zomato.
Waited for hours.
Nothing showed up.

At 11 PM, I cooked. 🙂

No story arc.
Just how the day ended.

Work-wise, something came full circle. A client I had worked with earlier reached out again.
We had paused due to board-level changes on their side.
We’re starting again now.
Pharmaceutical company.
Same trust, different phase.

I also found time to watch “Emily in Paris” (don’t judge me) which, honestly, felt like a reset more than entertainment.

Also Shark tank started, I started watching Shark Tank India. There was a pitch built on clickbait and misleading positioning. The founder had added “Dr” to their name.
The reality didn’t match.

It stuck with me.

Because that’s not just one pitch. That’s social media right now. A lot of advice floating around. A lot of tips and frameworks.

And more than half of it is either wrong or quietly harmful.
Still, it’s being consumed.
Still, it’s being created.

If you create content, you carry responsibility. Even if you think no one’s watching. Even if only one person reads it and trusts it.

Influence doesn’t require scale.
It just requires belief.

That was my first week.

And when clients leave, it’s rarely about price.

It’s because: they don’t know what “success” looks like,
nothing meaningful happens early, and progress feels invisible.

Retention is experience, not persuasion.

Attract right → Converse right → Close right → Deliver right.

Skip one,
and the system collapses quietly.

That’s top-of-mind marketing done right.

2- They turned utility into branding. This isn’t an ad. It’s a useful asset.
