I am a health professional who educates on water quality, molecular hydrogen, and their role in human health.

I didn’t start this work to sell a product.

But your breakfast could be one of your best defenses.

Dr. Leonid Kim, a cardiologist, recommends a simple bowl of oatmeal — with 6 specific add-ins backed by research.

I made myself sick.

And the irony isn't lost on me.

A few weeks back, I talked about the benefits of spirulina. Gram for gram, it's 80% protein. It's also powerful at detoxifying the body of heavy metals.
