You just need MORE depth and MORE pages.

Still, it's got a ton more indexed keywords than traffic, but it won where others didn't even take off because:

- It covered entire concepts, not keywords
- It built thousands of pages that connect semantically
- Each page reinforces the next

And it had the richest man in the world boosting it's PR, link profile and user engagement signals from day one

Strip away the hype and that last part matters, a lot...

Grokipedia didn’t just launch with good structure, it launched with instant credibility. Real users, real engagement, real links, real discussion. That alone short circuits years of the usual "prove yourself to Google" phase that most pSEO projects die in.

But even without that advantage, there is still a core lesson here: pSEO doesn’t mostly fail because it’s AI content... It fails because people build thin systems and expect fat stacks in return.

Most people will look at this and assume it was luck, timing, or some magic growth hack. It wasn’t.

The first full month was insane - We went from $60k in January to $240k revenue in February. How?

And expanded our service offerings based on what customers and the market asked for most; Primarily being AI SEO, a  Tiered Link Building service that actually WORKS and an entity stacking that offers the entire package in one.

The second ramp didn’t feel exciting, it felt inevitable.

Once the product was solid, the brand carried weight, and customers trusted us with bigger budgets, the curve started bending again - And whilst it inevitably went crazy over the Black Friday madness, 2026 is stacking up to set new records EVERY month! 

The best part of all, this proof of concept was the hardest part! Now we have everything prepped, everything ready, everyone in place, we can let compounding do its thing.

🚨 BREAKING: My teams research is showing a significant uptick in reconsideration request REJECTIONS.

From our data, this does not seem random either.

Google has either switched to a new system or significantly raised the bar on reversals.

- Clear, helpful content

If you serve Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, and Gilbert...
You need 5 separate location pages.

Don't just swap city names and keep the same content.

They treat it like just another channel
→ Post once
→ Drop links
→ Disappear

And then wonder why they got banned or downvoted to hell.

Reddit is not a distribution platform.
It's a research layer.

- People go there BEFORE they buy your tool
- Before they shortlist anything
- Before they even talk to sales.

And if you are not there?
Someone else is.

Why Reddit Actually Works Right Now?

Let me break it down:

 ​→ Buyers read Reddit threads before making decisions
 ​→ Those threads rank on Google for long-tail searches
 ​→ Reddit feeds AI search answers (yes, ChatGPT reads it)
 ​→ People trust random comments more than your landing page
 ​→ Conversations convert better than ads

It's not about traffic.
It's about being present at the exact moment of intent.

The Biggest Mistake I See 

- Posting once.
- Sounding like marketing.
- Linking too early.

That shit gets you banned.

Reddit marketing works when you stop thinking in campaigns
And start thinking in contributions.

↪1. Know Your ICP Before Touching Subreddits

Before do anything, answer:
 
- Does this buyer actually use Reddit to research?
- Which subreddits do they read but never post in?
- What exact words do they use for their problem?

Skip this = guesswork.

↪2. Map Subreddits the Right Way

Start with ONE core subreddit. Then expand.

M rules:
​→ Relevance > size
​→ Quality > member count
​→ Adjacent subreddits matter more than obvious ones

↪3. Warm-Up Phase (4 Weeks Minimum)

This phase decides everything.
New account? 60-90 days.

What I do:
 
- Observe first
- Learn moderation patterns
- Comment without linking
- Add real value consistently

No brand mentions. No selling.
Just showing up.

↪4. Marketing That Doesn't Feel Like Marketing

Once trust exists:

​→ Problem-first posts where solutions appear naturally
​→ Commenting until people DM you directly
​→ Profile pinned posts (used carefully)
​→ Adding value to threads already ranking on Google

If it feels like promotion, Reddit kills it.

↪5. Scaling Without Burning Accounts

Scaling ≠ posting more.
It's about distribution.

What works:

- One poster per subreddit
- Each with a clear persona
- No overlap between subreddits
- Real aged accounts with actual history

This lets us move faster without triggering bans.


Reddit rewards contribution.
It punishes extraction.

If you show up to take, Reddit pushes back.

If you show up to help, Reddit boosts you.
