As a Marketing Campaigns Specialist, I am currently responsible for launching and optimizing marketing campaigns focused on winning back customers, and acquiring new customers through a combination of both outbound (telemarketing) and inbound marketing tactics (e.g. Email, Social, Digital).

My main responsibilities were to focus on optimizing and improving Bell's outbound marketing portfolio to win back lost mobility customers and reduce churn. My skills in communication, project management and data insights have led to improvements in our outbound campaigns from an efficiency and results perspective.

✔️ Utilizing quantitative data and qualitative insights on a weekly basis on the team’s highest priority outbound campaigns to help increase the save rate of Bell’s mobility customers and its products.

✔️ Collaborated with the operations team to lead the outbound agent strategy initiative to increase contact rate with Bell customers for the team’s highest priority outbound campaign. Resulted in a customer contact lift of over 10%.

✔️ Supported the pricing team and outbound agents via analytics on a newly launched offer leading to a 20% increase in phone hardware upgrades and saving 49% more customers during the offer period.

Proactive (Marketing) Strategy and Analytics Specialist, Loyalty and Retention

DRMG | Direct Response Media Group

One of my main highlights in this role as a Marketing and Sales Analyst is becoming an acting Product Manager and leading the direction of the creation of the Inside DRMG platform. The Inside DRMG platform would be an online internal resource for sales reps to gather competitive market insight of their prospects’ industries to help them sell. 

✔️ Strategized with senior executives to develop the vision of the Inside DRMG platform and what the final product should be.

I’m a corporate Training Manager responsible for the leadership development programming for Medline’s manufacturing and operations people leaders across the U.S. Our team impacts over 2000 leaders accross the business. This involves program and project management of four bands of leadership — Directors, Managers, Supervisors, and Leads.

🔹 Program Management: I manage all current Leadership Development programming which involves overseeing the logistics, coordination of resources, scheduling, and partnering with vendors and business partners for participant enrollments.

🔹 Project Management: Any current or new programs based on new business needs and/or requests. This involves consulting with business partners and stakeholders through the entire program life-cycle —from the assesssment/analysis phase to evaluation of programs using Kirkpatrick Model of Evaluation.

🔹 Training Management: I oversaw new hire training programs – Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs), functional training, compliance training, and ad hoc requests from the site leadership as needed. This involved tracking, reporting, and documenting all training for a 1.7 million sq ft. warehouse with over 250 leaders and front-line employees.

🔹 New hire Orientation: I executed the site’s new hire orientation program. I created the agenda, facilitated the program, and tracked attendance. I collaborated with site HR and site leaders on topics, scheduling speakers, and coordinating resources. My program received an average of 9.5 out of 10 satisfaction rating based on survey data from new hires and leaders.

🔹 Project Management: Any current or new programs based on new business needs and/or requests. This involves consulting with business partners and stakeholders through the entire program life-cycle —from the assessment/analysis phase to evaluation of programs using Kirkpatrick Model of Evaluation. I was the lead for several leader development programs, lunch and learns, and several business transformation projects including new site roles (Performance Coach) and Labor Management.

🔹 Leader Onboarding: I was responsible for overseeing the execution of our leader onboarding program that included 30/60/90 evaluations. The program was implemented across the company’s supply-chain side of the business.

🔹 Train-the-Trainer Programs: I designed a program to certify and develop functional trainers and performance coaches at the site. The program included: Facilitation strategies, Adult Learning, and culminated with a facilitation demonstration where the candidates’ facilitation skills were evaluated.
