As a Senior Business Manager, I’m focused on building and leading a Business Development Representative (BDR) team to drive sales growth and expand market reach. I also work closely with franchise and co-op dealer networks, helping them streamline, automate, and outsource key business operations to improve efficiency and profitability.

Beyond growing the dealer network, I also design and implement sales enablement programs, equipping sales teams with the tools, training, and automation they need to close more deals and scale their success. My role is helping teams perform at their highest level through BDR development, dealer support, or strategic sales enablement initiatives.

Instead, I found my strengths in persistence, waking up early, throwing that baseball, hitting a golf ball, and pushing myself to run miles before sunrise, so I could be active enough for my kids.

My pets—a motley crew of dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and a bearded dragon—remind me of the diverse challenges and joys of life. They've taught me patience, adaptability, and the importance of finding joy in the small things.
