•	Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop RF front-end systems, ensuring alignment with product requirements, technical feasibility, and stakeholder expectations while upholding quality, scope, and schedule discipline.

	•	Apply program and product management best practices across the RF portfolio to ensure roadmap alignment, mitigate risks, and deliver high-impact capabilities on schedule.
	•	Partner with the Product Manager to shape the development of a next-generation Software-Defined Radio (SDR) for MANET environments, leveraging agile and scalable program frameworks. Lead key delivery checkpoints—including milestone reviews and retrospectives—to drive alignment and maintain momentum throughout the product lifecycle.

The Uncrewed Warrior Foundation is a 501c3 public charity that provides a foundation of support to active duty personnel, their families, and veterans of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Uncrewed System, Sensors, and Robotics Warfare community through transition assistance, education, mindfulness, and comradery.

Vice Chairman

•	Managed a team of 40+ members through all phases of the program lifecycle, leading daily stand-up meetings and assigning tasks to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and project progress.
	•	Led the design exploration process, defined technical objectives and requirements, established decision-making protocols using trade studies, resolved conflicts, and provided guidance to the team.
	•	Coordinated project assignments by overseeing resource management, collaborating with department managers, and working with HR and recruitment teams to allocate personnel effectively.
	•	Supported and mentored 3 Six Sigma SMEs in eliminating waste by reorganizing the heavy equipment division, resulting in a 6% reduction in the repair cycle for C-130/Boeing 737 tire and wheel assemblies.
	•	Stepped in during a critical period to supervise 6 associates supporting 150+ personnel with administrative tasks, conducting performance evaluations, developing/revising policies, and briefing executive staff. This resulted in an 11% increase in unit cohesion over two consecutive quarters, as measured by voluntary surveys.
	•	Planned, implemented, controlled, reviewed, and communicated production schedules to optimize resource use, meet customer demand, and maintain cost, quality, and schedule objectives.

Project Manager & Operations Manager 

Naval Special Warfare - Special Reconaissance Team ONE

•	Led the safe integration of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) into state airspace, working closely with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and state/local agencies, while maintaining a leadership role in the adoption of advanced technologies.
	•	Directed the management, supervision, and technical execution of a statewide UAS program for the U.S. Navy, overseeing all aspects of program development and operation.
	•	Led both short- and long-term planning, managing daily operations, quality assurance, human resources, staff development, fiscal oversight, policy creation, and compliance monitoring.
	•	Developed and presented program and budget proposals to agency leadership and legislative committees, writing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure timely and accurate execution of program requirements.
	•	Managed multiple complex UAS Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) projects, leading a team of 20+ members responsible for 14 aircraft systems across 6 projects, collectively valued at $44.4M.
	•	Oversaw supply chain management, continually assessing risk and measuring performance against established baselines for KPI reporting to senior leadership.
	•	Contributed to bottom-up estimations, assisted with procurement contract creation, and defined vendor selection criteria to support long-term operational sustainment of unmanned systems.
	•	Directed technical teams implementing emerging technologies, collaborating with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain/Procurement, and Quality departments to optimize project outcomes.

Special Warfare Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Program Manager

	Implemented and maintained the company quality system, reports on the performance of the quality system for review, and as a basis for improvement of the quality system.
	Ensure performance and quality of assigned QA/QC function conforms to established standards and governmental agency guidelines to ensure lasting customer satisfaction.
	Conduct and direct internal management audits, prepare formal audit reports and define audit schedules while consulting with local management in determining the root causes for non-conformances to QA/QC Plan and customer contractual requirements.
	Investigated field service bulletins implementing program changes, coordinated recalls on equipment, and fulfilled QA inspections ensuring compliance.
