Managed three direct reports (National Recruiting Support Specialists) to provide sourcing, recruiting and hiring support of over 1,000 Commercial Drivers at 53 branches nationwide. Partnered with Senior Management to define resource needs and develop strategy and best practices to source, attract, screen, recruit, hire and retain CDL Drivers in multiple markets. Developed and executed strategy to position TFI as Driver provider of choice for customers nationwide. Tracked, analyzed and interpreted recruiting metrics and presented recommendations to annual Manager's Conference. Created and delivered recurring training to Recruiters throughout the company. Hosted and participated in Job Fairs, traveled to and supplemented branch staff throughout the country as needed. Created, hosted and presented a "Recruiting Best Practices" call for a nationwide audience each month. Traveled to and audited branches throughout the country to ensure a nationally consistent recruiting process.

National Recruiting Support Manager

Hired, trained and supervised a team of seven Recruiters and Account Managers. Oversaw sourcing and recruiting activities of over 900 light industrial, skilled trades and Engineering hires for Corporate HQ in Michigan and remote/satellite locations in Tennessee and Wisconsin. Ensured compliance with appropriate local, State and Federal laws and regulations during the screening and hiring process.  Designed and administered weekly, monthly and quarterly training for recruiting staff. Tracked daily, weekly and monthly metrics. Created and maintained a "Best In Class" recruiting culture. Also served as Corporate Risk & Safety Manager, managed Worker’s Compensation and Risk Management program nationwide. Personally, closed over $90k in new hire revenue in 2013, led the Safety team that reduced the company's annual Workers Compensation costs by over $600k.
