Revamped compliance and regulatory procedures bringing division from worst performing to best in 8 months.  Member of TCFMC Board Committee.  Actively managed and directed relationships with 64 correspondent lending institutions.  TCF decided to exit the mortgage channel in 2004 thus eliminating this profitable division.
