Implio is our newly released SaaS-solution, allowing a faster, more flexible and accurate moderation experience, all in one tool, independent of your company size and budget.

In the role as the Global Marketing Manager I:
• Was responsible for marketing globally of two brands and a variety of services and products in two languages.
• Brought a new saas-tool to market with inbound marketing and growth hacking strategies.
• Implemented a lead lifecycle in Hubspot.
• Developed a content strategy and produces high performing blog posts, articles and product marketing material.
• Managed a team of 5 distributed in 3 countries.

Global Marketing Manager

Hansoft provides solutions for team collaboration and management in Agile software development, to industries like Game Development, Telecom, Aerospace, Space and Electronics. The company is backed by venture capital from Creandum and Hasso Plattner Ventures, as well as private investors like Marten Micklos (former MySQL CEO).

•	Lead Lifecycle specialist, managing demand generation, lead generation, scoring and nurturing.
•	Implemented and managed Marketo integrated with Salesforce. I am a Marketo Certified Expert.
•	Developed and implemented demand generation and content strategies, consisting of webinars, social media engagement, videos, blogs, articles, emails, newsletters and meetups to mention a few. This resulted in us doubling the lead database in less than 6 months.
•	Squad Lead and Scrum Master for the Insights & Messaging team. Managed Agile processes and people, and provided leadership towards reaching team goals.
•	Introduced and implemented new brand guidelines and messaging throughout the company together with the Insights & Messaging team.

Marketing Director, Insights & Messaging

•	Supported Senior Management and Sales in developing strategies for reaching and growing in new markets. 
•	Implemented tactics and goals for new market establishments and growth in existing markets.
•	Lead the marketing team and provided oversight and direction to product release campaigns, sales supporting activities and strategic marketing campaigns.
