Suburbia was a nationally recognized agency that created innovative, effective, and award-winning retail campaigns and brands. "Measure twice, cut once" is a phrase I've repeated often from my tenure there.

Key clients included Coastal Community Credit Union, Mic Mac Mall (Halifax) and Woodgrove Centre. Account management, brand development and re-positioning, campaign planning and execution, budget control and results measurement. This was a contract position.

Dollar Financial Group

Retail financial at the $500+ million revenue level with more than 900 outlets across North America. Exceeded annual lead growth targets (always upward trending). Achieved 20% YOY growth.

This dynamic role involved strategic planning and execution of Marketing plans, ROI measurement, budget control, national advertising and sales promotions, qualitative & quantitative research, customer retention and loyalty programs and national merchandising within a complex regulatory environment. Multiple acquisitions. Also started with a franchise group; unravelled that to an owned model.

•	Managed 4 separate partnerships with external stakeholders: An IoT company that specializes in water leak detection, 5-year projected revenue $20M; an IoT company that specializes in devices/apps that enable remote monitoring of air conditioners and furnaces; an IoT company that specializes in residential home protection devices like cameras/video doorbells, 5-year projected revenue $13M; a moving/relocation company for the mutual benefit of marketing one another's products, 5-year projected revenue $10M.

Arriva Medical

•	Initiation and oversight of projects focused predominantly on the launch of new products, process improvement, and medical records document management. Key contributor to launch of several new product lines resulting in $116M increase in revenue.
•	Partnered with the IT department to identify and implement new workflow solutions while maintaining exemplary customer service levels.
•	Collaborated with functional leaders to assess training needs for each group within their department and oversaw the development and delivery of training materials.
•	Participated in approximately fifteen different software conversions incorporating data in well over twenty million records.
•	Final revenue numbers for Arriva Medical:  32M orders, $820M in revenue in 9 years.

•	Hired, trained, and supervised staff of 150 call center agents in the United States and the Philippines dedicated mainly to obtaining necessary medical records from physicians. Established team KPIs and reporting for measuring team performance resulting in the timely collection of required medical records for over 500,000 patients, and a conversion rate consistently well above 85% for reorders and between 70- 85% for new orders.
•	Initiated requests for software updates and new software applications to increase efficiency and speed of document processing and oversaw UAT testing leading to successful implementation.  
•	Key player in the implementation of new document management software that increased productivity by 25%.
•	Led the smooth transition of five acquisitions, importing thousands of documents and overseeing communication with physicians to obtain new documents ensuring timely delivery of supplies to patients.  Our conversion rate for timely collection of medical records for acquisitions was 90%.
•	Management of cross-departmental, cross-functional, challenging projects consistently exceeding expectations of various functional leaders which led to my introduction to and passion for project management.

•	Increased revenue from $2M to $92M in five years. 
•	Increased customer base by 115% in five years, growing the company to the third largest supplier of diabetic testing supplies in the United States.
•	Merchandised products effectively to achieve a 27% percent reduction of cost of goods sold.
•	Managed a $2.5 million staffing budget and a staff of 70 employees.  Responsibilities included recruiting, training, supervising, and coaching.
