As an IT consultant, my duties include database design, information security analysis, designing and modifying computer network architecture, and supporting a variety of IT hardware. I use cutting-edge technologies to facilitate and monitor IT infrastructure. I offer assistance with server upkeep, hardware and software setup, software design and implementation, website design and maintenance, network design and security, data backup & restoration, and security and upkeep of IT equipment. In order to ensure the proper design and functioning, I streamline the operation of IT systems. I agree that new gadgets and technologies should be used. Devices for video and audio conferencing, IP telephony, biometric access control, CCTV, cloud system management, Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft Power Bi, domain and hosting completion, NAS drive sharing, assistance with technical issues, revision of existing systems, and improvement suggestions are just a few examples. I instruct computer users and staffs properly and adhere to the accepted IT policy. I'm in charge of creating reports and giving the users immediate IT support. I used to recruit staff, budget analysis, procurement, staff training and support as the organization's primary assistant.

As an IT trainer, I carried out an advanced training needs analysis and defined the skill sets needed to perform different roles. I prepared the learning environment and resources, including setting up IT equipment where appropriate. I was responsible for training people how to use their computers for different purposes. I conducted a Young Professional (YP) computer training program, a Training of Trainers (TOT) program, and an in-house training program for staff to teach various computer applications including Computer hardware and network system administration. My work required consistently updating IT skills and content knowledge daily.

As an Assistant Hardware Maintenance Engineer, I maintained all the equipment and machinery that is in the computer unit of the organization. I used to make regular checks and maintain the desktop computer machine and peripherals. I repaired the computer accessories and replaced them if needed. Under general direction, I researched and planned how to manage technology applications, systems, and projects. I also installed, configured, and troubleshot the upgraded operating system with its supported application and system software and hardware for the desktop computer. I planned and managed a computer network system for the organization securely.

As an Assistant Maintenance Engineer, I collected information from the system and evaluate existing or proposed systems. I troubleshot and resolved hardware, software, and connectivity problems, including user access and component configuration. I used to install, configure and upgrade desktop hardware and peripherals which was including network cards, printers, and modems. I worked as a team member with other technical staff to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems.

As an Assistant System Analyst (IT) I was responsible for updating files, project progressive analysis, report production, design, and implementation of software and hardware system. I also took responsibility for the backup and maintenance of the data which are very vital for the project. Furthermore, I maintained internal and external computer network connectivity, troubleshot computer hardware and software errors; prepared and distributed the project budget with the annual work plan. I was a good leader in maintaining a team with its activities.

Having achieved excellent academic results, I worked in information technology-related positions for more than 15 (Fifteen) years in the government, INGO, autonomous, and development organizations.

1. As an IT Consultant, I develop and design the IT infrastructure, test, and implement modern IT devices to support Global Affairs Canada (GAC).
2. As an IT Trainer, I developed an advanced course curriculum about IT and trained underprivileged students for gathering knowledge about IT very quickly and efficiently.
3. As an Assistant Hardware Maintenance Engineer, I modernized security systems, MIS software design, networking, and hardware lab.
4. As an Assistant Maintenance Engineer, I created a Campus Area Network (CAN) infrastructure between multiple floors of the building.
5. As an Assistant System Analyst, I completed a major system update within a tight one-month deadline successfully.
