I also served as Integration Lead for CRS, embedding the organization within the broader hVIVO Group to ensure strategic alignment, operational cohesion, and shared growth.

Working closely with biotech and pharma clients, my goal has been to position hVIVO Group as a high-impact, science-led partner that accelerates development timelines while safeguarding quality and patient safety.

As Chief Commercial Officer of CRS Clinical Research Services, a leading full-service CRO specializing in early-phase and special population trials, I spearheaded global commercial strategy and business development efforts that directly contributed to the company’s acquisition by hVIVO plc (London Stock Exchange: HVO).

Leading a cross-functional international team across Business Development, Inside Sales, and Marketing, I drove revenue growth, expanded key client partnerships, and positioned CRS as a strategic asset—culminating in its successful acquisition. The transaction validated CRS’s leadership in Phase I FIM and complex patient populations, while enabling hVIVO to enhance its European footprint and early-stage clinical trial capabilities.

This milestone underscored our ability to deliver scalable value, accelerate market expansion, and attract strategic investment—further solidifying CRS’s legacy in the CRO space.

My primary goal was to drive growth and success in the biotech space in Italy, Spain, Portugal, and France.
