For most leaders, the expectation to continually perform better, often with fewer resources, is a major stressor. These expectations are often exacerbated by financial situations, remote/hybrid work challenges, and the chronic mental and physical health issues their team members (and they themselves) are experiencing. 

It is common for my clients (and likely, you) to be expected to continually improve while reducing costs and labor. In this environment, one of my clients who seemed calm and confident to others, found himself with sleepless nights, overwhelm, and heart-health issues. 

What he learned from me is that preventing the stress response is the most effective way to optimize performance while improving mental and physical well-being. I've created a three-step method with dozens of tools to interrupt the stress response, no matter what pressures or challenges we encounter.

When executives and teams understand the biopsychology of the stress response and how to stop it at its source (preventing the release of those hormones from the adrenal glands) physical, mental, behavioral, and professional outcomes become more reliable, more efficient. 

While researching to create my Pressure-Free Method, I discovered that all the meditation, yoga, and exercise you could fit in a day doesn’t stop the effects of stress if, in any moment of the day, we feel annoyed, angry, ashamed, frustrated, or surprised, causing us to trigger the stress response and release an abundance of catecholamine hormones (adrenaline, noradrenaline, and dopamine). 

That starts a cascade of effects, including a second release of hormones called glucocorticoids (cortisone and hydrocortisone) that take your cells hours (up to nine hours for males, up to twenty-four hours for females) to return to homeostasis.

When I started using my method all day long, which is the key to Pressure-Free Living, I healed eczema I'd suffered from for 35 years, reduced stress fat, and my breast tissues went from being dense and fibrous to normal in just 8 weeks (one of my clients experienced this in just 4 1/2 weeks). I gained two-plus productive hours in my day and became more efficient, a better listener, and able to envision and strategize with more clarity.
