•	Grew total lead volume more than 300% for SaaS ecommerce platform year over year.
•	Elevated processing volume from $600M to $2.4B annually.
•	Improved lead quality by refining targets, attribution tracking, onboarding experience and landing page conversion criteria resulting in a 70% drop in ad spend.
•	Aligned brand strategy and product strategy for a cohesive customer experience for multi-product portfolio offering – across longterm roadmaps impacting two websites and in-app experiences.
•	Led national rollout with sales playbook and marketing strategy and channel marketing for all U.S. Bank Branches to drive sales of online store, mobile reader, and payment terminal products.
•	Increased total weekly sales 5x in less than nine months through cross-sell and new channel marketing by designing a robust test and learn program utilizing email and direct mail testing across three dimensions: message, offer, and population.

•	Grew monthly revenue 2.5x by activating three new revenue streams through app partner co-marketing, a white glove account managed service model, and new pricing strategy for mobile-focused ecommerce customers.
•	Oversaw 10x improvement in support metrics through transformation strategy and aligning founders and managers across sales, operations, support, and product development 
•	Drove 3x resolution of support tickets. Stood up Zendesk and implemented three-tier support model for triage, escalation paths and high priority engineering support.
