I am the host of A Day In The Future, a podcast about imagination, innovation, technology, and the future outlook on life. My curious self led me to start this podcast because I believe that curiosity is the key element that drives innovation.

Dacă aș fi avut la 20 de ani curajul pe care îl am acum, aș întreba o companie asta înainte să aplic:

Cum arată o săptămână normală aici? 

Nu „ideală”, ci normală. Câte meeting-uri sunt, cât focus pun oamenii, câte urgențe apar, cine decide și cât de repede se schimbă prioritățile.

Aș întreba și cum arată feedback-ul. E un moment real, constant, sau e un „vorbim la evaluare”?

Aș întreba cum arată autonomia în practică. Pot să decid sau doar să execut? Ce spațiu am să propun? Ce se întâmplă când greșesc?

Și aș mai întreba ceva: care sunt lucrurile despre care oamenii de aici se plâng între ei, la cafea?

Dacă ai putea pune trei întrebări fără să te temi că „pari dificil”, care ar fi?
