Catalina Valentino (MSc) is the Group CEO of ELIXR, a global smart city group transforming cities through technology, finance, and data. She is also a Member of the Advisory Board for the €200m Climate Tech Fund Una Terra and the Clean Energy Business Council MENA.

Attending more (online) networking events and even hosting my own with Karis Gill. Speaking to more people and filling in the "lonely" work at home with real talk and real people.

Starting 1:1 conversations in the messages. I focused on having conversations and building relationships. I don't want empty connections that mean nothing. I would choose people and conversations over numbers every time.

Lastly, I followed my own advice for once. I share golden nuggets with clients all the time... it was about time I practice what I preach.

This work led to 7 sales conversations in a span of 2 weeks.

Making money online isn't rocket science.
There is no magic pill or shortcut.

Conversations are where it's at.

“It’s the crowded space”
“It’s the lack of visibility on my marketing”
