Spreadsheets, reporting, data entry, borrower engagement, and supporting teams and/or executives…I love haystacks - that's where the needles are! Give me a challenging mess, and I will return it to you as a well-oiled machine.

I have:
•	Recovered 100+ loan applications set for denial, reworked them, getting them to close – 100+ families lives changed, living in their new homes, their dreams coming true.
•	Managed my 700+ loan app pipeline so well I had time to reprice most of that pipeline for the loan originators, and reprice most of the pipeline of another division.
•	Directed the creation of a 720-option travel package within SQL for an international marathon event, and implemented it without hitch or issue in less than a month. 
•	Created training protocols for five different employers.
•	Scored in the top 15% on LinkedIn’s Excel assessment – all self-taught – and used that expertise to create data collection, reporting, inventory control, and pipeline management tools.
•	Contributed content to websites, as well as edited them, and created Google Maps for events all over the world.
•	Researched cities and venues all over the world for events with worldwide brand recognition.

I've worked in several industries. To do that, I had to learn:

•	Existing processes, and create new processes
•	Inventory control protocols
•	Pass licensing exams
•	Interact w/customers while still learning what I was talking about
•	And manage anything from:
      o	Inventory of 15 pediatric offices
      o	Dozens of weekly vacant lot closings
      o	Staff of 1 to 100

But, you can’t see the fullness of my experience in a resume, a cover letter, or a handful of assessment questions. In this age of ATS systems, an automated scan of my resume is not going to tell my story.
