Freelance Administrative Support/Data Entry Virtual Assistant

•	Give real time management/performance of all Base Station Subsystems network elements for 
        effectiveness.
•	Identifying malfunctioning BSS network element for total efficiency using AKCP management tool.         
•	Detection of fault, analysis, escalation, troubleshooting and resolution of all Bass Station 
        Subsystems or Nodes like BTS, BSCs and Power Equipments such as Rectifiers etc.
•	Tackle access issues and prepare access permission for field engineers.
•	24/7 monitoring of all networks ensuring optimal performance and escalation of unresolved site 
        issues to the NOC Manager.
•	Identify all sites that are down using the AKCP tool and escalate to the team responsible for 
        resolution.   
•	Prepare Daily Incident Trackers and Weekly AKCP/Temperature Trend reports for management.

Key Responsibilities

•	Responsible for the setting up of a comprehensive accounting framework, and assisted in developing a comprehensive administrative system.  
•	Successfully prepared suppliers’ statement from archived documents dating back to 2017, also compiled the list of contractors and prepared a comprehensive statement for each of them.
•	Performed major site administrative function overseeing procurement, delivery, and all issues in the store department. Handled the day-to-day financial activities on the site i.e. payment of petty cash book, cashing cheque from the bank, petty payments to  suppliers. 
•	Compiled list of staffs on site both expatriates and locals, sent to the head office which assisted the administrative officer in preparing staff database.
•	Carried out procurement activities and was in charge of all negotiations in other to get the best deals.  
•	Ensured proper reporting on-site operations for every section to the head office round the clock, operated an online reporting system via WhatsApp.
•	Prepared my personal report on a daily basis, forwarded the report to the email of the MD and the CEO copying the Senior Accountant at the Head Office. These reports were centered on the state of our finance report (cashbook), updated suppliers’ statement, schedule of the total payment to be made at the end of the week. 
•	Ensured proper integration of newly employed expatriates’ staff through handling issues relating to accommodation, allowance, and general welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

•	Preparation of staff monthly payroll, prepared the salary statement schedule according to the various banks used by staffs, forwarded to the head office in Abuja for payment.  
•	Prepared salary journal after each salary paid.
•	Made use of GENPRO Payroll software in payroll preparation, this involves calculating staff taxes, pensions, leave allowances, which were done manually before imputing figures into the payroll system. Later introduced JDE for better and more effective payroll preparation.  
•	Made effective use of information received from the personnel department on new staff hire redundancy in updating the system before the preparation of the monthly payroll. 
•	Prepared and maintained a comprehensive payroll report which proved to be effective during budget and auditing functions.  
•	Carried out the functions of a project accountant and prepared financial report used for budgeting and forecasting, prepared cost allocation report and project variations.
•	Raised both cash and cheque from the bank for the day to day site financial activities, process and prepare expenses sheets, process journal entries, collect bank statement from the bank and prepared bank reconciliation statements. 
•	Calculated monthly tax payment and prepared tax report, prepared weekly and monthly project financial reports. Handled daily payment of petty cash, suppliers’ payments both cash and cheque.
•	Single-handedly prepared payroll for 4 different project sites in Delta State with a number of staffs totalling to over 1700, and this was often achieved within 24-48 hours.
•	Actively engaged in the training of interns in the accounting department but majorly on payroll and the companies accounting system.
