My role at Charities Aid Foundation involved:
• Implementing the tactical marketing and communication plan for agreed areas/projects.
• Developing, co-ordinating and actioning campaign activities alongside in-house and external agencies.
• Producing and delivering clear, concise and targeted briefs for internal and external teams.
• Track and report on marketing communications programmes.
• Supporting the management and delivery of fully integrated marketing campaigns (offline, online and events) on time and to budget.

• Briefing agencies or any other 3rd parties to ensure all agencies are aligned leading to clear levels of communication and ownership.

- Fostering great working relationships with authors in order to gain the best possible promotion for their work.
- Ensuring maximum PR and marketing coverage of brand, products and authors associated with IQ.
- Establishing a solid connections base, including utilising social media in promotion: blogs, forums, reviews and social networking sites have been integral to the marketing strategy.
- Organising official author appearances: book signing events and interviews are crucial in promoting the author, their work and the IQ brand.
- Creating an appropriate book trailer which best creates excitement and anticipation around the book launch.
- Proof reading according to brand guidelines.
