The Humble Beginning: My first job interview at the age of 18 didn’t go as planned, but it sparked a passion for continuous improvement that has defined my career.

Growth at Enzima: Spent 3+ years at a creative agency, shaping operations in team scaling, revenue growth, analytics, and paid media. I joined as employee #4 and contributed to the agency’s evolution into a recognised good player in the industry.

Startup Life:
1) Cozeat: Led account management and content strategy for a food delivery platform.
2) Bikeprime: Co-founded a B2B SaaS platform focused on anti-fraud payment solutions for bike transactions.
3) NCode Italia: Helped build community-led growth for Italy’s first fully no-code business, valued at >€1M.

Fifth Beat: Gained hands-on experience as a growth intern at one of Italy’s leading digital product design firms, working with top clients like Unicredit and Der Freitag.

Performance Marketing at Caffeina: Currently shaping the performance marketing division at one of Italy’s most awarded agencies, aiming to make it a market leader.

Faccio marketing. Ultimamente mi viene da sorridere guardando il browser: ho più tab pinnate di GitHub, Vercel e Claude Code che di qualsiasi altra cosa.
Qualche anno fa sarebbe stato impensabile. Oggi è il modo più naturale per portare innovazione concreta nei progetti a cui lavoriamo e che ci stanno più a cuore. Il marketing non è più solo "idea wow" + amplification. È anche e soprattutto sperimentazione, tecnologia, prototipazione veloce. Ed è bellissimo così.
