Strong focus on customer marketing planning,  customer life-cycle and measurement of marketing effectiveness.

* General Data Protection Regulation and ePrivacy Regulation – helping clients working towards GDPR and ePrivacy Regulation compliance. This typically includes considering the most appropriate bases for legal processing, reviewing privacy notices and policies to ensure that they meet the requirements for  ‘transparency’ and granularity, testing and optimising data collection statements, making sure databases can store evidence of consent (if appropriate) and multiple permissions, providing and reviewing data processing agreements, subject access request and breach notification policies, reviewing profiling activity and recommendations for GDPR Privacy Impact Assessments.

* TPS Licensee - Online Corporate/Telephone Preference Service (TPS/CTPS) Checker & API - via https://121prodata.co.uk - to help businesses stay legally compliant when making sales calls. We also have an API to automate checks via your CRM/sales app, database or dialler.
