I'm the first Business Development lead hired at weConnect, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. I was hired to set up from scratch and scale an efficient outbound strategy for weConnect Global (while working remotely from Singapore).

Business Development Manager

Shuttlerock

I'm the first Sales Development lead at Shuttlerock, reporting directly to the CRO and VP of APAC. I was hired to set up and scale the Business Development function within the Sales team (APAC & ANZ).

- Worked on Client segmentation and GTM strategy (ICP & Buying personas) for inbound and outbound processes with limited supervision.
- Set up from scratch an optimised sales stack: account targeting, contact details finder, email deliverability boost, multi-channel outreach cadence/sequencing tools, and created engaging content collaterals to build relationships with leads (including several Sales Videos).
- Deep knowledge in normalised data enrichment/scrapping techniques, workflows and automation set-ups to limit time wasted in repetitive manual inputs and spend more time on sales enablement work for the team.

•	In charge of creating personalized sales videos (100+ a week) and deployed targeted personalized multichannel outreach campaigns creating my own Stack of BD tools & workflows (ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Qwilr & more).

•	Building the prospect lists for cold email & cold calls campaigns by scrapping data from lead generation tools (Phantombuster, LeadIQ, Email Permutator, Skrapp.io and Lusha).
•	Employed consultative approach to assess customer needs and business challenges.
•	Worked to develop network by identifying and pursuing new leads, attending industry events and building rapport with clients.
•	Managed the implementation of Salesforce and developed a roadmap for further customisation of the platform to meet 90 Seconds needs.
•	Contacted customers and prospects to generate new business to achieve company growth goals.
•	Delivered 45K USD in new business and have identified an additional 150K USD in the pipeline.
•	Responsible with leading weekly sales reporting meetings with all offices, providng speedy solutions to reduce sales performance gaps.
